Our recent wholistic women’s retreat was all about deeper self connection & self love, enjoying kundalini yoga, meditation, intention setting, sacred cacao ceremony, cord cutting, dance, circle, art and sound healing with deep relaxation … refreshments were organic when possible and vegetarian, plus lunch was ayurvedic and suitable for all doshas.
