Corporate Workshops on Thriving and Wellbeing (For Media Features: The Sydney Morning Herald, Australian Traveller and Qantas Magazine – scroll down)

Over the last ten years I have had the privilege to share my knowledge with many corporate organisations.

I liaise with the organisers on the needs and wishes of the company, CEOs and their employees and create a bespoke experience accordingly. More details are found in the ‘Bookings’ Section of this website here.

I have given 1 hour lunch & learn seminars, 4 hour retreat style immersions, and 2 hour corporate workshops on sleep and wellbeing. I have enjoyed giving many community seminars for councils, wellness days in councils and business around South Australia, Victoria and Queensland.

My audio recordings of talks and interviews on radio stations and podcasts are shared below.

Some videos are shared below also, for example for Adelaide University RUOK day for the dental school.

Many services have been successfully delivered without photographic evidence and are listed below. References and testimonials easily available upon request.
