My philosophy is: we’re all in this together, and the more we optimise our ability to get the deepest restful sleep, the more we are showing up as our best versions of ourselves. As you honour your ability to master the art of sleep (which equals rejuvenation, memory consolidation, experience processing and overall brain & body repair) the more you’ll be able to make a positive impact in the world, leading by example.

Warm Inner Glow Yoga – Going Within to Thrive in July! Plus: Retreat Reflections

Our recent wholistic women’s retreat was all about deeper self connection & self love, enjoying kundalini yoga, meditation, intention setting, sacred cacao ceremony, cord cutting, dance, circle, art and sound healing with deep relaxation … refreshments were organic when possible and vegetarian, plus lunch was ayurvedic and suitable for all doshas. It was a true honour, gift and truly elating to share this sacred time together.
