Imagine a thousand-petaled lotus blooming at the top of your head, opening silently to the vastness of the cosmos. Light streams in from above, golden and violet, dissolving all barriers, all stories. There is no effort here—only presence. Only grace. Only the knowing that you are one with all that is.
This is the realm of Sahasrara—the Crown Chakra—your bridge to infinite consciousness, pure awareness, and the divine source within and beyond.
🌟 The Crown Chakra – Sahasrara
The seventh chakra resides at the crown of the head, governing your connection to spiritual truth, inner wisdom, and the greater mystery of life. It invites us into surrender, trust, and a deeper remembrance that we are not separate—we are part of the whole.
In Kundalini Yoga, this is where Shakti (energy) meets Shiva (consciousness), the sacred union that awakens enlightenment. Sahasrara is subtle and spacious, beyond the mind—opening only through presence, humility, and deep listening.
When awakened, this chakra brings a sense of oneness, peace, and cosmic bliss. We no longer seek—we simply are.
