As the golden tones of Autumn gently descend and the Easter season approaches, we’re invited into a sacred space of slowing down, reflecting, and releasing what no longer serves. It’s a time to return to simplicity, to listen deeply to the wisdom of our bodies, and to allow a natural rebirth from within.
I’m so excited to welcome you into a new 5-week Kundalini & Yin Yoga Fusion series for women – a deeply nourishing, soul-anchoring journey focused on detoxification, vitality, and inner clarity.
Each class will be lovingly designed to support and awaken key vital health systems that are the foundation of our energy, resilience, and radiance. Together we’ll journey through:
The Weekly Flow
Week 1 – Kidneys & Adrenals
Restore your inner reserves, release fear, and rebuild foundational courage and vitality.
Expect long, deep holds, breath of life kriyas, and gentle guided meditation to reconnect with your strength.
Week 2 – Liver
Cleanse and balance the seat of anger and frustration, opening the path to forgiveness and compassion.
This week includes detoxifying movement, twists, sound work, and energetic release.
Week 3 – Gut Health & Digestion
Ignite the navel center, restore digestive fire, and build confidence and intuition.
We’ll focus on abdominal breathwork, gentle compression poses, and core support from within.
Week 4 – Nervous System & Energy Rewiring
Calm the mind, support the vagus nerve, and build inner stillness.
A nurturing class to re-pattern stress responses and increase your capacity for peace and presence.
Week 5 – Integration & Rebirth
A full-body harmonising practice to seal in the work of the past weeks.
